Steps to update "DIFFICULTY" related objects:

  1. MATLAB: run datamine4.m
  2. SQL: updates "MinedData" table
  3. PHP: run "Difficulty/teststd_mine.php"
  4. SQL: updates "questions_difficulty" table - ( currently using column="difficultySTD_mine_NEW" )
